BBC Research & Development
Visiting researcher at BBC Research and Development. I produced a tangible interface for Storyboarding on live production shoots, testing the system on location with BBC teams.
Jam45 – Interactive Performance Technology
As event manager and lead tecnician for the event I was responsible for all staging, lighting and audio production. This included using NUILight as the venue controller using both a tablet PC and Microsoft Surface to provide an interactive lighting experience for the audience.
ExhibitForge
A buisness partnership that emerged from an on-going relationship with the Great North Museum: Hancock in Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide a network of technical support staff on call for exhibit maintenance, builds and installations. To facilitate this service, I develop and manage an online ticketing system for both museum and technical support staff through which problems are tracked.
Microsoft Research Redmond
Research intern at Microsoft Research Redmond, Seattle. Developed a multi-touch and tangible collaboration tool to explore surface computing for large data.
