An Ambient Kitchen installation in the new iLab Learn research group in education at Newcastle University.
This fully working kitchen includes RFID, 4 flat screen displays hidden behind the splash guard and full wireless sensor connectivity.
The system is based on ActiveMQ, an open source messaging server on which all custom sensor technology is routed.
